Lysulin® Money-Back Guarantee & Returns Policy

  1. This Money-Back Guarantee & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies whenever you order any of our Products and is valid only for the first time you purchase a Product on our Site.  The Policy applies to Lysulin®Capsules, Tablets (Chewables), Powder, or Shake Products.  This Policy does not apply to the A1CNow® Self Check test kit which is non-refundable.
  2. We hope you enjoy your new Product and ask that you try the Product for at least 60 days for the best results.  If after 60 days, the Product fails to meet your expectations, you can request a full refund or you may exchange it for another product of equal value at no cost.  Please note that there are no refunds on Product exchanges.
  3. If you wish to return or exchange a Product purchased from our Site, please notify us and let us know why you were dissatisfied.  Please indicate if the reason was related to your expectations about the results you would see or your experience taking the Product.
  • Results: When you measured your A1c level before taking the Product and then after 60 days, you did not see a noticeable change in your A1c even though you took the recommended dose every day.  Please provide any results from in-home testing, laboratory, or doctor’s office showing your A1c level both before and after using the Product.  Alternatively, If your fasting blood glucose or daily average blood glucose does not improve in 60 days even though you took the recommended dose every day, send us the data that substantiates this for your refund.
  • Experience: You did not enjoy the taste, texture, or other aspects of the Product. Please let us know what you did not like about the product you were using and if you would like to exchange it for a different Product (i.e. chewable, powder) or flavor (i.e. chocolate or vanilla shake).
  1. In order to return or exchange your Product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within 65 days of purchase. 
  • Please contact our Customer Service at (619) 492-3167or by e-mail at to obtain an RMA number and mailing information.
  • Please include the product you are returning along with the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt inside your return package.
  • You will receive a refund for item(s) returned within 14 business days of the date we receive your package. We cannot reimburse original shipping and handling charges.

If you are requesting a refund or returning an item in compliance with this Policy, we will issue you a full refund to your credit card or other payment mechanism for the original purchase price of such item. Products that are ineligible for return based on this Policy will not be returned to you and no credit will be issued for such Products. Once we receive your Product return package, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.
